1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CamFind ("camfind.xyz", the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. CamFind reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Age Verification & Adult Content

CamFind is an adult-oriented platform. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access this Service. By using CamFind, you affirm and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are legally permitted to view adult content in your jurisdiction.
  • You will not allow any minor to access this Service through your device or account.

All models appearing on third-party platforms linked from CamFind are 18 years of age or older. CamFind does not host any content directly; we aggregate publicly available information from third-party cam platforms.

3. Description of Service

CamFind is a cam model aggregator and discovery tool. We index publicly available data from third-party live cam platforms (including but not limited to Chaturbate, BongaCams, Stripchat, CamSoda, Cam4, and LiveJasmin) and present it in a unified interface. CamFind does not host, stream, or control any live video content.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

CamFind participates in affiliate programs with cam platforms and affiliate networks including CrakRevenue. When you click links on CamFind that direct you to third-party platforms, CamFind may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These affiliate relationships do not influence the ranking or presentation of content except where explicitly labeled as "Sponsored" or "Promoted".

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from CamFind through automated means without prior written consent.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any cam model or other user of the Service.
  • Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or security measures.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CamFind, including but not limited to the design, layout, code, and branding, is the property of CamFind or its licensors. Model names, images, and stream data are the property of their respective platforms and are used under fair use for aggregation and discovery purposes.

7. DMCA Notice Procedure

CamFind respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content accessible through CamFind infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@camfind.xyz with the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The URL or location on CamFind where the alleged infringing material is found.
  • Your contact information (name, email, mailing address).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

8. Model Page Claims

Cam models may claim their profile page on CamFind by verifying their identity through our claim process. Claimed pages give models control over their bio, links, and analytics. CamFind reserves the right to deny or revoke claims that do not pass identity verification.

9. Third-Party Links

CamFind contains links to third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party sites. Clicking an external link means you are subject to that site's own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CamFind does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of third-party content aggregated on the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CamFind and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
